PLACES WORTH GOING
We’ll explore 2–3 places on each journey — some you may know, others you probably wouldn’t have chosen yourself.
Great places. Shared experiences.
Conversations that go somewhere unexpected.
OPEN ENDS brings together a small group of interesting people for 5–7 days somewhere genuinely worth going. Great stays, good food, new places, a little adventure — and enough space to simply enjoy the trip.
There’s no forced networking, no packed schedule and nothing you’re expected to get out of it. The place brings us together. What happens between the people is left open.

Every journey has a rhythm: a great place to stay, experiences worth showing up for, good food, a little adventure — and enough unscheduled time for conversations, spontaneous plans and whatever the group feels like doing next.
A few things we plan carefully. The rest, we leave open.
We’ll explore 2–3 places on each journey — some you may know, others you probably wouldn’t have chosen yourself.
A small group from different backgrounds, chosen for who they are, what they bring and how they’ll add to the group — not just their job titles.
Private stays, great food, local experiences, boat days, nights out, slow mornings and enough time to actually enjoy where we are.
Not every hour needs a plan. We leave space for spontaneous detours, long conversations and whatever the group feels like doing next.
You might meet a collaborator, a future friend or someone who changes your mind about something important. But OPEN ENDS is not built around forced connection. It begins with a shared experience and lets the rest happen naturally.
