People are part of the curation
We do not just choose where the group goes. We give equal care to who will be there.
A travel experience created for curious, ambitious people who know that the best part of going somewhere is often who you find there.

I’ve spent the last 12+ years building businesses, experimenting across industries, investing, travelling, and generally being curious about how things work.
Over the last decade, I travelled quite a bit—but the places were never the only thing I remembered. It was always the people. The unexpected conversation. The random introduction. The person you met for a few hours and somehow ended up learning from for years.
That is where the idea for OPEN ENDS came from. I wanted to create trips where the destination is only part of the story—and the people you meet can become the unexpected part.
Put the right people somewhere new and something shifts. Conversations last longer, routines disappear and people open up in ways they rarely do back home.
That’s why where we go matters just as much as how we travel.
We do not just choose where the group goes. We give equal care to who will be there.
It should feel like a genuinely great holiday, even if no new business idea or connection comes from it.
The most meaningful things happen naturally, with no agenda, pitch or expectation attached.
Not everything meaningful can be planned. We deliberately make room for what might unfold.
